Key Information:

- Online Use Only: E-Gift Cards are valid exclusively at www.footballshoponline.com.

- Instant or Scheduled Delivery: Sent electronically to the recipient’s email address on the date you choose.

- Payment: Payment is processed at the time of purchase, not on the requested delivery date.

- How to Use: Enter the unique gift card code during checkout.
o    If your order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
o    If your order total is less, the remaining balance stays on the gift card for future use.

- Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
o    We reserve the right to discontinue or cancel a gift card under exceptional circumstances with reasonable notice.

- Non-Refundable: Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- Returns & Exchanges: Items purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged.
o   Refunds for any additional payment will go back to the original payment method.
o   The amount paid with the gift card will be reissued as a new gift card.

Turnaround Time
Please allow 1 working day to process your order. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays do not count as working days.

Standard Delivery
Your order will normally* take 1-3 working days on average to arrive at a UK address, although delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. Please note couriers state that in rare instances this can take up to 15 working days and until this time frame is complete we cannot deem an item to be lost.

*Currently offering free next day delivery on all orders to a UK mainland address (cut-off time 2pm for same-day dispatch). Weekend orders (and Friday after 2pm) will be dispatched on the Monday.

Express Delivery
If you need your item for a specific date, (by the weekend, Birthday, Christmas etc) we strongly advise for assurance that you choose our Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed service (UK only, cut-off time 2pm for same-day dispatch). Please note, we process weekend (and Friday after 2pm) orders on a Monday, so orders placed using this service at these times will be delivered to you on a Tuesday.
